As part of our routine work for any of our clients we carry out continuous informal market research among consumers and trade contacts to check that what we’re doing for our clients is appropriate and effective. This research is for the most part qualitative.

Where our clients are organising a market study into inward tourism, we provide advice on methodology as well as topics to be covered - so as to ensure that the study provides us too with useful and actionable information. Marie-Stella Ray, one of our principals, is a Full Member of the Market Research Society in the UK, having worked for a number of years in the Strategic Planning and Market Research divisions of advertising and communications agencies. She is always on hand to advise on, supervise or organise quantitative and qualitative studies.
