Each client requires a different level of support. At The Hat Factory we have the flexibility - and the experience - to provide our clients with whatever services they require.

We provide an easy-to-contact source of information for the general public, the media and the travel trade. We can organise to store literature if required.

We also manage databases and provide fulfilment, and provide telephone and email contact for these.

Our offices are based in central London, in the heart of Covent Garden. Some of our clients find it a convenient place hold occasional meetings. We are always happy to allow meetings to take place at our offices by prior arrangement.
